In Short

• Lead end-to-end design for ongoing products.
• Evolve our Figma design system and ensure clean, scalable usage.

• Set the standard for design QA and implementation fidelity.

Requirements

• 4–7 years designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy tools (logistics, ops, or compliance is a plus).
• Mastery of Figma systems (variants, tokens, documentation).
• Strong product thinking, you simplify complex workflows without oversimplifying reality.
• Fast iteration mindset, you ask the right questions, test, and move.
• Bonus: experience in aviation, maintenance, or regulated industries.
