In Short

• Shape the vision and product strategy of Rillet.
• Work closely with product and engineering leadership.
• Define the full design process from user research to UI design.
• Establish design principles for Rillet’s design system.
• Lead user research initiatives.
• Understand user goals and business requirements.
• Invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.
• Mentor and coach a team of product designers.
• Recruit and onboard new design talent.
• Contribute directly to UX/UI design.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading design teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 5+ years experience in end-to-end design projects.
• Experience with complex design problems and systems.
• Proven experience from discovery to delivery stages.
• Ability to visualize complex systems.
• Challenge the status quo with creative inspiration.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
