IT Support Technician - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support and training to employees, including those working remotely. This role will work closely with our managed service provider to ensure the firm’s IT infrastructure operates efficiently and securely.

• Serve as a point of contact for IT-related needs.
• Provide onsite IT support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist in deploying new hardware, software, and technology systems.
• Manage procurement and deployment of new technology.
• Work with application vendors to resolve support issues.
• Provide training on firm systems and applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in IT support.
• IT Support Certification preferred.
• Strong technical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and training skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Citrix.
