IT Support Technician - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Technician is responsible for preparing and configuring IT assets, diagnosing hardware and network issues, and providing support to users while ensuring proper documentation and ticket management.

• Prepare computers with basic configurations of Operating System, Drivers, and Network.
• Install and configure Office 365 and basic applications according to installation guides.
• Identify basic hardware or electric issues such as high CPU and RAM consumption.
• Register and control IT assets assignment.
• Diagnose network failures using basic tools like ping and tracert.
• Support movements of computers according to business requirements.
• Ensure documentation and closure of assigned tickets through ITSM.
• Provide assistance and training to users experiencing system problems.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system integration.
• Test and maintain systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and asset management.
