IT Support Technician - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Technician is responsible for preparing and configuring IT assets, diagnosing hardware and network issues, and providing user support.

In Short

• Prepare computers with basic configurations of Operating System, Drivers, and Network.
• Install and configure Office 365 and basic applications according to installation guides.
• Identify basic hardware or electric issues such as high CPU and RAM consumption.
• Register and control IT assets assignment.
• Diagnose network failures using basic tools like ping and tracert.
• Support movements of computers according to business requirements.
• Ensure documentation and closure of assigned tickets through ITSM.
• Attend IT requests ensuring documentation and SLA compliance.
• Provide assistance and training to users experiencing system problems.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system integration.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and basic software applications.
• Familiarity with hardware configuration and network diagnostics.
• Ability to manage IT assets and maintain documentation.
