IT Support Technician - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for analyzing and handling level 1 and 2 requests and incidents, deploying workstations, and updating support procedures within the IT Department.

Requirements

• A degree in IT.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support.
