M&A Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The LATAM Project Manager will be responsible for managing all catalogue acquisition processes within the region and ensuring efficient execution of transactions from pricing to deal closing & integration.

• Manage end-to-end catalogue acquisition processes across LATAM countries
• Oversee and prioritize the deal pipeline in collaboration with local teams
• Analyze past catalogue performance and model future cash flows
• Negotiate key business and financial terms of transactions
• Prepare post-merger integration kick-off meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business or finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance or M&A
• Strong analytical profile with understanding of valuation techniques
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
