Overview

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting artists and delivering ambitious marketing campaigns at Believe UK, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

In Short

• Support campaigns from planning to delivery.
• Manage campaign assets, guestlists, bookings, and content uploads.
• Maintain release schedules and track pre-saves and pre-orders.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and share action points.
• Assist with events, activations, and logistics.
• Help with digital marketing efforts like mailers and social updates.
• Liaise with Finance for supplier setups and payments.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights.

Requirements

• Organised, detail-focused, and an excellent communicator.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with problem-solving skills.
• Passion for music and interest in music marketing.
• Proficient with common office software and industry-standard tools.
• Editing skills (image, video, audio) desirable.
• Experience in a busy office environment, ideally in the music industry.
