Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in SaaS access management.
• Initiative, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
