Overview

As an IT Support Technician at TuneCore, you will provide technical support and maintain infrastructure for music industry offices, assisting users and facilitating live events.

• Support 300+ onsite and remote users.

Requirements

• One year in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with PC and Mac repair.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workplace.
• Basic knowledge of networking.

• Onsite presence required for emergencies.
