Overview

As a IT Support Technician, you will work closely with our IT support team to provide exceptional on-site and remote support in our Apple-centric environment. Your primary mission will be to ensure our end-users can work efficiently and securely by resolving technical issues related to Apple MacOS applications, and assisting with user onboarding.

In Short

  • Provide timely and professional remote technical support to our end-users worldwide for all IT-related issues.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets using Jira Service Desk.
  • Set up, configure, and deploy new Apple MacBooks for new hires.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot macOS software and business applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple MacBooks and Windows PCs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including VPN and Wi-Fi.
  • Manage user accounts and resolve access problems across platforms.
  • Assist with the administration and support of collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support, particularly in Apple environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS applications.
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets effectively.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of user account management.
  • Ability to assist with user onboarding processes.
