Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator with +3 years of experience to support revenue growth for a U.S.-based professional services business. This role works directly with the Founder to ensure follow-ups, campaign execution, and sales coordination are handled consistently and professionally.

In Short

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
• Log all inbound leads, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Ensure same-day or next-business-day follow-up with all new prospects.
• Schedule discovery and introductory calls with leadership.
• Prepare and send proposals using approved templates.
• Track and manage opportunities through defined pipeline stages.
• Conduct structured follow-up calls with prospects.
• Execute email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Create and update landing pages and forms in Wix.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly activity reports.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
