Overview

We are seeking a multi-tasking Sales and Marketing Coordinator who can independently manage complex administrative duties and support the sales team while providing excellent service to guests and stakeholders.

In Short

• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Establish an efficient trace file for booked business.
• Prepare and disseminate month-end reports.
• Offer professional and engaging service.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and vendors.
• Provide administration duties for the Sales office.
• Support marketing initiatives as per the monthly plan.
• Be familiar with Opera software.
• Assist in proactive sales roles as required.

Requirements

• Previous sales or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
• University/College degree in a related discipline is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to focus on guest needs calmly and courteously.
