Overview

The Hygiene & Food Safety Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the hotel's Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with health regulations, conducting training, and promoting hygiene awareness throughout the hotel.

Requirements

• Experience in QA and Food Safety.

• Support and train staff on risk awareness.
• Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
