Overview

The Safety Manager performs various functions to ensure the safety of personnel at workplaces throughout the enterprise and customer locations.

In Short

• Lead the company’s Safety Committee.
• Establish accident prevention and cost-control goals.
• Prepare and maintain safety records and reports.
• Investigate safety incidents and identify root causes.
• Monitor and organize safety program analyses.
• Assess existing safety programs and policies.
• Recommend changes to policies and procedures.
• Identify training needs for staff.
• Inspect office and job-site locations for safety.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies on safety programs.
