Safety Manager - Remote

Overview

The Safety Manager reports directly to the Safety Director and plays a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and execution of multiple Texas Maintenance Services projects. This position focuses on ensuring safety compliance across various projects, standardizing safety procedures and documentation, and fostering a culture of safety through training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Safety Manager will work closely with site personnel to maintain a safe working environment while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Experience in safety management and compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and assessments.
• Experience in incident investigation and reporting.
• Proficiency in safety documentation management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
• Certifications such as CHST, OSHA 500, First Aid, CPR are preferred.
