• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ direct reports across safety and operational functions.
• Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and practices in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement improvements in technology.
• Utilize data from safety metrics to assess and improve safety performance.
• Work with technology and operations teams to improve workflows using AI-driven tools.
• Oversee the development of safety-related training programs for team members.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Provide regular reports on safety initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large teams in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience in safety management or operations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve and implement systems, including TMS.
• Strong background in technology management or IT systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of AI and advanced technologies.
