Overview

The Level 2 IT Support Engineer provides IT support to internal employees remotely or at the local office, focusing on troubleshooting issues and delivering exemplary customer service.

In Short

  • Provide IT support to internal employees remotely or locally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage Active Directory and email accounts.
  • Install and maintain employee computers and devices.
  • Provide virus/malware protection and remediation.
  • Patch employee computers remotely.
  • Document processes and update procedures.
  • Take ownership of support tickets.
  • Maintain applications and devices in InTune/Azure.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a support engineer.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting server, network, and PC issues.
  • Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software.
  • Experience with RMM tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT software and hardware.
  • Exceptional prioritization and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft InTune.
  • Detail-oriented and strategic thinker.
