Requirements
Passionate about service and helping people solve their problems
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Calming presence under pressure
Comfortable with various IT systems including Macs and Windows
1-3 years of experience in IT support or equivalent education
