Overview

We are seeking a service-oriented IT Support engineer to join our global IT team. You will handle IT helpdesk tickets, providing computer and application support to employees in Prague site and globally, via in-person, phone, and remote assistance. As part of your role, you will collaborate with international functions to facilitate local and global projects in all IT-related fields.

In Short

  • Resolve hardware, software, and OS issues on macOS and Windows.
  • Manage users and access rights to company applications via SSO and MFA.
  • Support laptops, desktops, network printers, video conferencing equipment, and basic office network issues.
  • Facilitate IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain IT inventory.
  • Provide technical assistance for video conferencing and company events.

Requirements

  • An IT professional with 2+ years hands-on experience in IT Support or Administration.
  • Experienced in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows).
  • Experienced with Active Directory/Azure/GSuite environments.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies (e.g., Okta, Office365, Google Workspace, AWS) and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
