Ashby is looking for its first dedicated IT hire to join the team, focusing on user-facing support and backend systems.

In Short

• Be the primary contact for all things IT.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Customer Service Orientation.
• Attention to detail but striving for execution.
• Familiar with Okta SAML, SCIM, and ideally Okta Workflows.
• Experience with Kandji or similar MDM.
• Knowledge of Apple Mac best practices.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
