Overview

As an IT Support Engineer at Zephyr, you will support the daily IT needs of the Zephyr Home Office and Local Brand employees, with a focus on enhancing the technician experience to improve customer service.

In Short

  • Provide L1/L2 support for technical issues.
  • Triage and resolve issues using Jira Service Management.
  • Partner with teams to deploy scalable information systems.
  • Educate teams on current IT systems and initiatives.
  • Travel to Local Brand offices for support and project rollouts.
  • 4+ years of IT support/Engineering experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with communication platforms administration.
  • Knowledge of corporate networking and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to user experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant IT support/Engineering experience.
  • Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with desktop operating systems like macOS and Windows.
  • Familiarity with communication platforms like Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Experience with MDM suites such as Jamf and Intune.
  • Understanding of SSO and related security standards.
  • Knowledge of corporate networking and infrastructure improvements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in creating documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Commitment to improving IT user experience.
