Senior IT Specialist - Remote

Overview

As Senior IT Specialist, you will be a founding member of a forward-thinking IT team at Zephyr, supporting the daily IT needs of the Zephyr Home Office and Local Brand employees.

In Short

• Provide L1/L2 support for technical issues.
• Triage and resolve support issues in Jira Service Management.
• Partner with teams to deploy scalable information systems.
• Educate teams about current IT systems and initiatives.
• Travel to Local Brand offices for support and project rollouts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant IT support/Engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of macOS and Windows.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, Zoom.
• Experience managing MDM suites.
• Familiarity with SSO user support and integrations.
• Knowledge of corporate networking and infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating documentation and knowledge-based articles.
• Customer-focused mindset.
