• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT team.
• The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• Strong knack for troubleshooting technical issues and exceptional customer service skills required.
• Proactive individual who excels at time management.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Administer and manage applications, including user management and security configurations.
• Collaborate with IT Leadership to define and implement best practices.
• Provide technical support on escalated, complex issues for end users.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of IT processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven technical experience in IT.
• Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) for macOS and Windows.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications and Okta.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting, including Python.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Location [Remote]: EST or CST with the ability to work EST hours.
