Senior IT Specialist - Remote

Overview

As Senior IT Specialist, you will be a founding member of a forward-thinking IT team at Zephyr, supporting the daily IT needs of the Zephyr Home Office and Local Brand employees in a hybrid role.

In Short

• Provide up to L1/L2 support for technical issues across our environment.
• Triage, delegate, and resolve support issues in Jira Service Management.
• Partner with teams to plan and deploy scalable information systems.
• Educate teams about current IT Systems and upcoming initiatives.
• Travel to Local Brand offices for employee support and project rollouts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant IT support/Engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems; macOS, Windows.
• Experience with administration of communication platforms.
• Experience managing an MDM suite.
• Experience with SSO user support and application integrations.
• Knowledge of corporate networking and enterprise infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating documentation and knowledge-based articles.
• Customer-focused mindset.
