Overview

The Senior HR IT Specialist will contribute to the digitalization of HR processes and support the implementation of IT tools in a global center of KOSTAL Group.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or similar.
• 4+ years in HR Application Management role.
• Experience in HRIS global transformation.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
• Experience in IT processes and user support.
• Familiarity with ABAP, C++, or Python is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Hungarian is a plus.
