Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent experience in customer support
  • Extensive knowledge of the modern Windows environment and current IT applications
  • Experience with Jira, Intune, and ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • Flexible, communicative, and service-oriented personality
  • Fluent in German
