Requirements

• Completed training or degree with a focus on IT.
• Experience as an IT Administrator or in user support, familiar with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Reliable and responsible, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German, English, and Polish.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
