Overview

As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing IT support at national locations, handling 1st and 2nd level support, and assisting in various IT projects.

In Short

• Responsible for IT support at national locations in 1st and 2nd level support.
• Resolve issues or escalate tickets as necessary.
• Support in areas such as network, server, and IT security.
• Assist in rollouts of group projects and implementation of IT projects.
• Train employees and maintain documentation.
• Work closely with international support units.
• Occasionally provide IT support at locations in German and Western Switzerland.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent.
• Extensive professional experience in service desk and IT support.
• Basic knowledge in areas such as MDM, iOS, Windows, network, server, and security.
• Open, committed personality with perseverance and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to provide occasional on-site support at locations across Switzerland.
• Fluent in German and English.
