  • Support via phone, remote, email, and on-site
  • Document predefined test cases and assist in creating test environments

Requirements

  • Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration), retraining or further education in IT, or initial professional experience
  • Experience in supporting Windows environments (Windows clients, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server
  • Customer-oriented thinking and working style
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability
