Requirements

• Provide technical support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and software development tasks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
