Overview

The Proposal Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and managing the proposal development process.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate the development of complex proposal submissions.
• Manage the proposal process from start to finish.
• Develop and refine templates and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs.
• Facilitate proposal meetings with clear agendas.
• Maintain the firm’s centralized proposal library.
• Review and edit content for compliance and clarity.
• Partner with Marketing to create compelling visuals.
• Track proposal metrics and improve performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the emergency management industry.
• Understanding of response and recovery strategies.
• Track record of delivering successful proposals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Attention to detail in creating high-quality documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client sites.
