Emergency Management Consultant, Recovery - Remote

Our mission is to provide compassionate consulting services to local, state, federal, and industry clients, active in disaster response, recovery, and preparedness. We will be on time, on target, and on budget with the services aligned to the evolving threats and hazards facing our nation.

• Compensation: $65k-70k/annually
• Travel/Location: Remote with travel required
• Support emergency management projects with an emphasis on environmental compliance and federal grant regulations.
• Guide clients through environmental and historic preservation review requirements.
• Support permitting processes and draft EHP documentation.
• Participate in disaster response and recovery field deployments.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal policies.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in federal disaster grant programs, particularly FEMA Public Assistance.
• Experience in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
