Proposal Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead end-to-end proposal development efforts for clients.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and compelling storytelling in responses.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and reviews.
• Lead color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with capture leads, SMEs, writers, and graphic designers.
• Drive content strategy and win theme development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the proposal effort.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing proposals in federal, state, or commercial sectors.
• Expert knowledge of RFP interpretation and compliance.
• Familiar with APMP best practices and Shipley methodologies.
• Comfortable managing remote teams under tight deadlines.
