Overview

An opportunity for a detail-driven Financial Business Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making efforts across a family of SBA-certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified companies.

• Full-time remote position for candidates preferably in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Analyze financial statements, trends, and historical data.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business and financial requirements.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of financial systems or tools.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or business analysis roles required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Strong track record of translating business needs into financial insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
• Understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and data analysis techniques.
