• Full time, remote position.
• Lead opportunity capture from early intelligence through bid decision and proposal submission.
• Drive winning strategies and influence customer engagement.
• Lead capture efforts for high-value opportunities across civilian, defense, and commercial markets.
• Develop capture plans, competitive assessments, call plans, and solution strategies.
• Shape customer requirements through early engagement and relationship-building.
• Coordinate with proposal teams, technical SMEs, and BD leadership.
• Conduct Black Hat reviews, price-to-win analyses, and teaming negotiations.
• 5+ years of capture management experience in government contracting.
• Proven track record of winning contracts over $10M.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely.
