• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans tailored to specific opportunities.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and identify key differentiators.
• Establish win themes and strategies based on customer needs.
• Support in identifying key stakeholders and conducting customer engagement activities.
• Assemble and lead all internal cross-functional teams.
• Guide subject matter experts in developing technical solutions.
• Formulate teaming strategy and support in the selection of teammates.
• Lead bid/no-bid decision processes.
• Contribute to all proposal activities.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record of success in capture management or business development.
• Experience with federal acquisition regulations and government procurement processes.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• High degree of integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
• Relevant experience working for a Defense Contractor is required.
• Occasional travel will be required.
