Capture Manager - Remote

Overview

Emerging Tech is seeking a Capture Manager to join our Business Development team! This role requires proven experience in federal government contracting, a deep understanding of procurement processes, and expertise in leveraging platforms such as GovWin for market research, opportunity identification, and pipeline management.

• Build and manage a high-value business pipeline.
• Lead and guide capture efforts from decision to contract award.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in federal contracting.
• Proven ability to leverage GovWin for market research.
• History of leading and winning federal contracts.
• Strong understanding of FAR and procurement methods.
• Expertise in developing competitive strategies.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and decision-makers.
