Overview

IntelliDyne is seeking a versatile Capture Manager to help us grow in the DOD market. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all stages of the business development lifecycle, with particular focus on managing the transition from opportunity discovery to the proposal process.

In Short

  • Conduct efforts to shape and secure major contracts ($50M+) from DOD organizations.
  • Operate within the overall IntelliDyne business development and capture processes.
  • Identify resources needed to pursue a bid and estimate level of effort.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute all phases of the capture process.
  • Develop win themes based on competitive analysis.
  • Provide briefings to the executive team on deal capture status.
  • Form winning industry teams based on customer knowledge.
  • Ensure development of proposal solutions that offer competitive distinction.
  • Meet or exceed established performance goals.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a capture manager with proven RECENT wins.
  • Deep understanding of Army and/or Naval organizations and buying habits.
  • Ability to think strategically and derive differentiators from a company’s capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of project management and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of government contracts and contract vehicles.
  • Very experienced with the federal proposal process.
  • Experience as a business developer is preferred.
  • Experience with a CRM and pipeline tools is a bonus.
  • Training or certification in the Shipley Method of Proposal Writing & Capture preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree desired (Master’s degree preferred).
