Overview

The Proposal Manager at Zones is responsible for orchestrating and leading the creation of high-quality proposals for large-scale complex opportunities, supporting global sales professionals in driving growth across all offerings.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end RFx response lifecycle.
• Guide virtual and global teams through the proposal process.
• Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders.
• Perform kickoff meetings for RFx responses.
• Document owners, action items, and escalation points.
• Create response templates and populate initial content.
• Ensure content meets RFx requirements.
• Conduct governance for each RFx.
• Follow the Shipley-based review process.
• Identify improvement initiatives for proposal management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leading infrastructure services RFx responses.
• APMP certification preferred.
• Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented in response submissions.
• Proficient in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level executives.
• Positive attitude and passion to win.
