Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience as an engineer with a proven history of working across the stack.
• Extensive experience with web technologies and frameworks.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Enjoy customer-centered software development.
• Desire to experiment and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to lead medium to large size projects.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proactive in shaping how things should be built.
