Overview

The Project Manager for Field Service Operations at Kymera International is responsible for overseeing projects from award to closeout, ensuring that all resources are effectively managed and communication with stakeholders is maintained.

• Manage projects with 50-75% travel to job sites.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Ensure timely invoicing and cash flow management.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical or construction projects.
• Competency with MS Office suite.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Must be a US Person as per ITAR requirements.
• Ability to travel frequently, including internationally.
• Physical capability to navigate shipyard operations.
• Commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to adapt to various roles as needed.
