Project Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Operations Manager at Tangelo will play a critical role in driving project management excellence across the organization, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring strategic alignment of operational and business priorities.

In Short

• Report to the COO.
• Collaborate across teams to oversee change-management and project activities.
• Support functional strategies with structured execution and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project methodology and management reporting dashboard.
• Assist in defining business cases for projects.
• Provide progress updates to management on ongoing projects.
• Support leadership in project prioritization and budget setting.
• Coach team members on project management best practices.
• Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and corporate objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management or Change Management experience.
• At least 2 years in Strategy Consulting.
• Operations or Finance experience in relevant industries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
