Project Superintendent (Field Service: Job Site Supervisor) - Remote

Overview

The Project Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all shipboard activities necessary for successful project delivery, including those of TSS employees and subcontractors, making adjustments as required.

• 75%+ travel to US and International Job Sites.
• Provide leadership and direction for on-site project personnel.
• Ensure project maintains schedule and track goals.
• Prepare detailed records of daily activities and communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and procedures.
• Monitor on-site inventory and inform the Project Manager when replenishment is required.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities and project needs.
• Maintain communication with customers and team members.
• Monitor crew activities and resolve issues as they arise.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills in technical environments.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and MS Project schedules.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supervising tradespersons.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to travel frequently, including internationally.
