Project Superintendent - Remote

Overview

Parsons is seeking a Project Superintendent to support power generation infrastructure projects across various locations, including the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

In Short

• Oversee civil, structural, mechanical, geotechnical, and electrical construction work.
• Schedule major construction tasks and manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate craft supervisors and ensure productivity.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in planning and execution of construction operations.
• Monitor labor performance and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Travel to various construction sites as required.
• Maintain a physical presence on-site at all times.
• Manage smaller projects as a Construction Manager as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related or engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical and civil construction management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices.
• Leadership and supervisory skills are essential.
• Must have completed OSHA 30-Hour safety class with current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to read and apply electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and EM-385 codes.
• Must pass a NACI background investigation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required.
