Steam Turbine Superintendent - Remote

Overview

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC is seeking a qualified Steam Turbine Superintendent to meet the maintenance and repair needs of customers’ equipment, requiring extensive travel within the US and short-term international travel.

In Short

• Lead a multi-functional crew in day-to-day activities.
• Work closely with Project Leads and Field Engineers.
• Ensure quality workmanship and safety guidelines are met.
• Support troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of steam turbines and generators.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records.
• Ensure proper use of tooling and rigging.
• Maintain tools and test equipment.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements including OSHA.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience with steam turbine and generator equipment.
• Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Decision-making and problem resolution skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
