Project Superintendent for Data Center Solutions - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent for our Data Center Solutions business. The Superintendent will oversee our construction projects and act as the link between various project parties.

• Ensuring compliance with Safety, health, and quality standards.
• Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
• Leading and Managing the on-site construction team.
• Communicate with Project Management progress and needs.
• Representing our organization in a professional, confident, and calm manner.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine and communicate project needs.
• Set performance goals and deadlines.
• Review the project schedule and budget to ensure on time delivery and under budget.
• Provide cost savings concepts in material, labor, processes etc.
• Attending coordination and progress meetings.

Requirements

• Keep track of project progress.
• Ensuring quality and code standards are met.
• Place orders or release the call for orders down for material and equipment.
• Review project document and records such as field reports Request for Information (RFI’s), change proposals and change orders.
• Submit timecard and expenses on time.
