Overview

This position will ensure customer expectations and commitments are met through effective communication with our customers, providing support and information, prioritizing service calls and direct coordination with field employees.

In Short

  • Assist with calls with service customers to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Create new service jobs in the operating system and assist with closing out work tickets.
  • Assist with the scheduling and dispatching of the field labor force.
  • Utilize service software for managing service activities.
  • Support Project Managers and Service Manager with manpower planning.
  • Ensure project/contract profitability through effective cost containment.
  • Provide administrative support for documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including training on new operating systems.
