In Short

  • Manage and execute work orders efficiently.
  • Optimize processes and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Maintain communication in a fast-paced environment.
  • Receive service and installation requests from customers.
  • Plan and schedule work orders based on priority.
  • Document work order status and communicate updates.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Conduct reviews for quality and adherence to guidelines.
  • Support customer satisfaction and improve NPS scores.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful completion of tasks.

Requirements

  • 1 year+ related industry experience preferred.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage fluctuating priorities.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of previous customer service experience required.
