• Supervise a team of Coordination Managers and Coordinators.
• Ensure efficient service delivery processes and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and operations.
• Monitor service delivery operations and adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate service delivery processes and workflows.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support professional development and training.
• Plan and execute technical work orders.
• Implement improvements and conduct regular audits.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a project environment.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of service delivery processes.
• Technical expertise in relevant systems and software.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Understanding of compliance and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
